1. First, pick any picture or save mine.


2. Next, dupicate the layer (layers >> duplicate)


3. Next go to effects > distortion effects > pixelate


4. Now match your settings to what I have.


5. Now right click on the TOP layer and click on properties. Set the blend mode to
Overlay and set the opacity to whatever you want, I set mine to 67%.
