PSP -Blending
1. first chose a picture, or save mine.
2. next go to image >> add borders
3. now chose the size you want your border to be and the color.
i'm just leaving the color black and the size at 1 pixel.
4. now just click ok and you should have a border around your picture!
here is my final result! (it's kind of hard to see the borders, sorry.)
you can also add a double border or however many borders
you want, just by repeating those steps.
all i did was for the first border, make it 2 pixels and change the color to white
then added another border and changed the color to black and changed it back to 1 pixel. and below is how mine turned out.
